BASEBOARD INSTALLATION
Baseboard trim join the walls to the floor. In most cases shoe molding will be added to make a clean look and esthetically help the transition to the floor. Old boards will be removed, nails pulled, old dirt/dust vacuumed and new trim will then be nailed up. Followed by caulk, prime and painting them. Starting costs are per linear foot at $0.75 per foot.
