Johnny and his team remodeled this home in Hoover, Al. Here is the scope of work below...

• Kitchen remodeling: Demo wall between kitchen and den. Add appropriate LVL to create a new dropped header, add new sheetrock and sand smooth.
• Demo existing Kitchen Cabinets (new cabinets provided and installed by Counter Dimensions, separate quote for cabinets from Counter Dimensions).
• Demo drop ceiling in the sunroom.
• Demo vinyl flooring.
• Demo wood shelves in the pantry area, relocate washer and dry supply lines to make room for new stack washer and dryer (supplied by homeowner.)
• Permits and dumpster fees included.
• Relocate gas line, add new receptacles as needed. Add new recessed light fixtures (up to 8), install new receptacles in the island, install new sink and faucet (to remain in the same location.) sink, and fixtures supplied by homeowner.
• Install a new dishwasher (supplied by the homeowner).
• Install new hardwood flooring (to match existing) (approximately 200 S/F, sand, and stain to match).
• Install the new base with a new quarter round and new crown as necessary.
• Demo existing windows in den and new French Door Installation (both operable) to open to new landing and stairs to patio.
• Relocate water line and outside electrical plug.
• Prep and Painting of all walls, ceiling, trim, and doors affected by remodeling.
• Special consideration will be made to protect the areas of the home not having work. We will use plastic sheathing to cover doors and tarps to protect floors as best as possible.
• Add landing and rounded concrete steps to back French doors...
• New tile floor in the laundry area.
