House Interior Renovated Mountain Brook, Al

Johnny and his team remodeled this house interior in Mountain Brook Alabama. 

Scope of Work

• Closet doors- Demo existing closet doors and install new Masonite hollow core french closet doors x 2
• Hardwoods- Demo entire upstairs carpet, install 2 1/4 No. 1 oak hardwoods, sand, stain, finish, and install stained quarter round
• Staircase- Demo existing stairs, level with shims, install new oak treads, primed risers, sand, stain, finish, and paint risers to match trim

Master Bathroom Remodeling

• Demoltion- Demo entire bathroom
• Framing- Install framing as needed to accommodate design
• Electrical- Install up to 5 can lights, rewire bathroom with adequate amount of plugs, and relocate switches as needed
• Plumbing- Rough in and trim out toilet, shower, 2 x sinks (note- there will be curb at shower door with standard drain)
• Hvac- Install new vent fan
• Sheetrock- Install and finish as needed
• Trim/carpentry- Install misc trims as needed
• Cabentry- Install Aspect Full overlay Hanover door style painted. Includes mirror medicine cabinets
• Paint- Prep and paint all areas effected
• Tile- Install 4x8 tiled shower with Niche shelf, install main bath floor
• Hardware- Install bath hardware
• Prep and paint 1st floor, 2nd floor, 3rd level stairwell ceilings only

Deck

• Demo existing deck and haul off waste
• Take handrails off and repurpose
• Install new deck framing and 1x5.5 Grooved Trex select Composite decking
• Build small set of steps
• Install existing iron handrail
• Prep and paint iron handrail

Kitchen remodeling

• Demolition- Demo entire kitchen
• Flooring- Install Hardwoods in main kitchen
• Tile- Install tile in pantry
• Electrical- Re-wire kitchen as drawn, install undercabinet lights, install up to 6 can lights, install appliances
• Plumbing- Re-plumb as drawn, install appliances, range to be gas
• HVAC- Inspect and connect down draft
• Kitchen Cabinets - Install Aspect Semi Custom Cabinets with dovetailed softclose drawers with double trash and rollout shelves
• Countertops - Natural stone group 1 standard edge detail with *stainless steel sink included
• Pantry Shelving- Install 5 Melimine shelves with support brackets
  
  

Refinish Hardwoods

Sand, stain, and finish hardwood throughout main level.

Front Door Installation

• Demo and haul off existing
• Take existing storm door off and reinstall after new door is in place
• Touch up Painting around new opening

4th Floor ledge

• Demo and patch ledge on 4th floor

Downstairs

• Demo carpet and haul off
• Install vinyl plank flooring
• Demo existing drop ceiling tiles and replace with new to match existing

Other Remodeling Work

• Remove sconce lights x 2 in dining room
• Repair door and install toilet in hall half bathroom
• Install Wine fridge in living room
• Install stained glass in existing pantry door
• Patch spot in bedroom where currently security pad is located
• Demo bathroom door, supply new door, make framing wider, Door Installation, install Sheetrock and trim
• Install basement steps
• Demo powder bath counter, toilet and haul off trash
• Demo upstairs hall bath counter, toilet and haul off trash
• Install upstairs hall bath counter and sink
• Add for hookups in downstairs powder and upstairs hall bath toilets and sinks
• Remove remaining wallpaper and prime walls with wall paper
• New sink disposal and plumbing parts for shower
