Building and renovating in Indian Springs Village
Indian Springs Village sits between Pelham and Oak Mountain State Park, and it was incorporated to keep its rural, wooded character. Homes sit on large lots along winding roads, many of them built from the 1970s to the 2000s – often with generous square footage and interiors that are ready for an update.
We have completed kitchen remodels in Indian Springs and work on homes throughout the area. A typical project here is a kitchen and family room opened into one space with views of the trees, a primary bath brought up to date, or a whole-home renovation before a family moves in.
Custom homes on wooded lots
Building on a wooded Shelby County lot means thinking about slope, drainage, septic or sewer, tree preservation and access for construction. We help you evaluate a lot before you buy and plan the house so it sits naturally on the land.
