House Interior Painted and Remodeled

SouthFace Renovation and Construction remodeled the interior of this house in Mountain Brook Alabama. We didn't completely remodeled the interior, read below our scope of work:

Laundry Room

• Install 4 cans, add plugs
• Install Air supply
• Sheetrock and finish
• Install tile
• Install misc trims

Mud Room

• Install 4 cans, add plugs
• Install air supply
• Install new doorway, exterior door, and concrete step
• Sheetrock and finish
• Install tile

Living room

• Patch Hardwoods
• Refinish all Hardwoods connected
• Move returns and registers as needed (includes Hvac exhaust)
• Install 10 cans, 1 fixture, rewire as needed

Kitchen remodeling

• Misc demo and framing to accommodate new layout
• Plumbing and electrical terminated and installed to accommodate new layout(includes gas line)
• 4 can lights, pendant over sink, and undercabinet light allowance 
• Install new Hardwoods
• Install misc trims as needed
• Install appliances

Master bedroom

• Install new Hardwoods
• Install misc trims

Master bathroom

• Move door to right/Install pocket door
• Misc demo and framing to accommodate new layout
• Install new tub, sink, shower
• Install 2 cans, vent fan, and plugs 
• Sheetrock and finish
• Install tile on main bath floor and tub surrounds 
• Install misc trims as needed

Hall Bathroom Remodeling

• Demo all walls and install new sheetrock
• Install new tub, sink, shower
• Tile main bath floor and tub surrounds
• Install misc trims

General

• Insulation included in laundry walls, living rooms ceiling, and any other areas that need to be filled in 
• All Hardwoods to be refinished
• Misc demolition 
• Misc sheetrock work
• Install new panel in hallway and hardwired smoke/carbon detectors
• Prep and Painting entire interior
• Install 2 can lights in hallway
• Install lights in all closets
• Move return and registers as needed in or near hallway
• Complete rewire 
• Service entrance 
• 200 amp new meter
• New Panel at hallway 200 amp 40 space 
• Permits labor materials included
