New Lincoln Clad Windows: Installed across the entire front elevation, combining premium performance with modern aesthetics.
Front Facade Makeover: The front of the home was completely refaced, featuring a new portico with a welcoming patio addition and a bumped-out window in the den to add architectural interest and depth.
Brick & Mortar Rework: All mortar joints were filled to sit flush with the brick, then the entire home exterior was professionally painted using high-quality Sherwin-Williams paint for a fresh, cohesive look.
Outdoor Living Additions:
A custom-built covered and screened porch was added, featuring a masonry Isokern fireplace for year-round comfort.
A grilling deck was also constructed, expanding the functionality of the porch area and providing seamless indoor-outdoor living.
