We took an aging Birmingham house down to its concrete foundation and built an entirely new custom home – open living spaces, a chef’s kitchen, a stone fireplace and screened porches.

This home in Birmingham, Alabama, was much more than a traditional renovation. We took the original aging house down to its existing concrete foundation and rebuilt an entirely new custom home from the ground up.

The project involved complete reconstruction, including new framing, roofing, siding, windows and doors, and thoughtfully designed interior and exterior living spaces.

Inside, the new home features an open-concept floor plan, hardwood flooring, custom cabinetry, natural wood ceilings, a spacious chef’s kitchen with premium appliances and a dramatic floor-to-ceiling stone fireplace. Bedrooms, bathrooms and living spaces combine modern comfort with timeless Southern craftsmanship.

Outside, we created inviting covered and screened porches, outdoor entertaining areas, natural stone features and landscaping that complements the property’s wooded surroundings.
